Hi, there! One of the most common reason is your access. You may want to ask someone with admin or owner access to check what access you currently have and they can fix it from here. If youre the only user you need to call MYOB so they can run a script and see your access, if issue confirmed they can try to invite your new email as owner or admin of the file and or one of them logging in to your file to fix your access
