So it appears that the amount and the current value differ - is that what you mean?

In that case I imagine it might have something to do with the invenrtory card in the buying/selling/build area

They are calculating at different amounts

Have a look and see if there is something wrong where the $ figures are calculated

    Hi Cypruspine

Unfortunately you are seeing another example of one of the many bugs in the quite unreliable inventory system  in MYOB. Based on observations and posts from other users, most problems stem from editing or deleting an invoice or other inventory related transactions. MYOB simply does update things correctly and throws all the figures out.

Have a look at this post here as an example, including how the user 'solved' the problem. Editing the transactions (as you seem to have done) causes MYOB to re-do the COGS calcs based on the 'current' values. This is likely why all you figures now show same COGS. It is important to correct the 'current' values before editing all trans.

There are no easy solutions or fixes here. In a recent update MYOB tried to fix some of the issues, however this seems to have caused other problems with inventory. All you can do is do an inventory adjustment journal to set the correct On Hand Count and On Hand Value, so that going forward MYOB will use the correct figures, at least until the next time it messes the values up.

    Regards

    Gavin

Looks like you are showing your sales ahead of your builds ( The dates are the same )

Try and sort by source document (SRC)  and it may then list in order IJ then SJ

    hope that helps
