Inventory
Hi trying to save money here. MYOB account right plus costs us $120 per month. We have only two on payroll with possibility of one more. We only use inventory for the items list.
Can anyone suggest the best product or solution to reducing the monthly fee with an alternative.

Do you inventoried your items? for example do have any items listed in the Item List>>Inventoried tab? If so, AccountRight Plus would be the recommended product as this would be the product level that does offer payroll and inventoried items.
If you are don't inventoried your items i.e. only buy or sell them, MYOB Business Lite or Pro may be a better solution for your needs. Note: At this time, we wouldn't be able to migrate the data across to that new platform it would involve starting a new business and entering opening balances. Although, moving users across to that MYOB Business platform is an area of focus that we are looking into for the future.
