How do I uncheck the "I Inventory This Item" in the product profile once entries have been made without having to redo the inventory?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you have recorded a transaction using this item, then the historical data will prevent you from removing this checkbox. You may need to look at marking the item as inactive and adding a 'z' to the front of the item number (optional, this will place the item at the end of the list), and create a new item marked as you need.
