Not able to delete a build item transaction
Hi,
I've tried to delete or reverse a build item transaction, but it won't let me. When I clicked to delete transaction, an error message popped up:
Deletion of this inventory transfer of item xxx will leave you with no items on hand, and a non-zero value in inventry.
Tried to reverse this transaction, I was not able to.
Can someone please advise what can I do? Without deleting this transaction, I'll have trouble to build the correct items.

Welcome to the Community Forum.
You cannot delete a purchase that will result in negative inventory on hand. This is why the error message is coming up.
If you need to delete a transaction, you'll first need to do an inventory adjustment. I have linked our Help Article on having not enough items on hand to make this transaction which does provide the steps on how to do an inventory adjustment which will also resolve the error that you are getting.
