Allowances in Essentials payroll NZ

Hi,

Can I just check the travel allowance paid to staff is still a non-taxable earning?

At the moment it just looks like an earning on the Pay item page?

    Hi Poppy1 

    In Essentials payroll if you go into Payroll - pay items, and check what type of item it is, and if you edit the pay item - you will see whether it is taxable or not.
