Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.I'm sorry to hear about your pay run disappearing. Unfortunately, the information you've provided is not enough to make a conclusion on what's causing this. I recommend providing further details regarding how the pay run disappear, any error messages, and/or if the browser timed out while creating the pay run. Any additional relevant information would be much appreciated.
