How can a bookkeeper or accountant receive support for a Solo file?
I'm asking this, so you don't have to.
The answer will be posted shortly and grouped into a list of FAQs for easy reference
If you are part of the MYOB Partner program then you can raise a case in MYOB Practice or call as normal.
Accountants and Bookkeepers without access to MYOB Practice can use this community forum for help.
You'll find that most answers you need are the same for any browser product (eg MYOB Business Lite & Pro) and there is a lot of existing information here for you, you can also ask a question if it is not covered by the FAQs and/or you need to.
Solo customers have their own dedicated support channels within the app.
