  • Hi GarySchlick

This is a bug introduced with recent upgrade. From memory the solution is to go to Setup > Linked Accounts > Sales Accounts and tick 'I charge freight on sales' and set a linked account for Freight (whether you use it or not).  MYOB insists every invoice has freight, and without a linked account for Freight it throws this error. If this happens with Purchases, do the same.

    Regards

    Gavin

  • I noticed this happens when I create a bill using prefilled details. If I enter manually, the error message doesn't appear

    Hi GarySchlick

    Thanks for your post.

When using the Prefill from recurring tool and changing the amount, upon saving it we have seen users receive the error: Selected tax code does not exist. This is something we are aware of and our developers are looking into a fix.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
