30 Days, 60 Days & 60 Days + not showing on monthly statement

When we send out the statements at the end of each month (for that month) it is not showing the 30 Days , 60 Days etc amount outstanding at the bottom of the statement - the columns are there but it shows total balance in the Current instead of only the current balance and the others over the 30 Days , 60 Days etc.

    Thanks for your post. What form are you using for your statements? When you go to setup>customise forms, could you check if you have different fields selected on the form for these periods? If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please add screenshots of the customised form, the statement and the customer card showing the outstanding invoices (Card information>>blue arrow in front of the balance)?

     

    Once I receive these I will be able to assist you further.
