Access to the History function on Invoices and PO's

Hi,

Our administrator is pulling his hair out over this one.

We are running AR Premier V AU2024.5.0, build 2024.5.1.7 - cloud version, with despktop app access.

For whatever reason, our administrator can not find the setting that allows me to have access to the History function on Invoices.

 

Can somebody please outline the precise steps he needs to do to find this setting?

    It is not a setting - open an invoice, the History button is next to the Applied to Date field. If it's not there, get user to clear the AccountRight Cache - this tends to fix numerous display and report inconsistencies.

    Hi Gavin, thanks for that. The History button is there, but when I clcik on it, I get this message:

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in adding the history option to your user access. Generally, sales and accounts user access is enough to provide full functionality in the sales transactions. I recommend adding access to both.

    Doesn't the user need access to the Find Transactions (invoice) tab
