AccountRight Bank Feed, Purchase & Sales Register

Hi,  every since the issue with the Bank Feeds doubling up last week, I can no long get anything up when I click the Bank Feeds, Purcahse Register or Sales Register..... Is anyone else getting this issue?

    Hi lisameehan

     

    This does sound like it could be related to the recent duplicate bank feeds issue, but we’ll need a bit more detail to be sure. Just a heads‑up, the Purchases and Sales registers themselves aren’t normally driven by bank feeds.

    First up, can you please clear AccountRight’s cache and try again:

    1. Close AccountRight.
    2. Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Cache and press Enter.
    3. Delete everything in that Cache folder.
    4. Reopen AccountRight and try Bank Feeds, Sales Register, and Purchases Register.

    If they’re still not loading, it’s best to get in touch with our support team and have these details ready:

    • Are you using the desktop app or the browser?
    • Do you see a blank screen, or a “Something’s gone wrong / needs to close” message?

    You can reach us by logging a support ticket from My Account, or by using MOCA, our virtual assistant, via the MYOB Support page.

    This didnt solve the problem.  I am using the admin login on the desktop.

    Thanks for testing out the workaround Genreve provided and for letting us know you’re logged in as the admin on the desktop. Given everything you’re seeing, the best way to sort this out is to get in touch with our team directly. They can take a look at your file and check what’s going on behind the scenes. Make sure to contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
