We do not use an app.. we just use MYOB accountright

Sorry about the mix-up, and thank you for clearing it up. If you’re asking whether there’s a separate approval layer on top of the standard Purchases feature, there isn’t. Anyone who has access to the Purchases tab can use it, no approvals needed.
