Add to Payment Schedual PopUp on Sales Invoice

• Ignore it and keep recording invoices as normal (it won’t stop you from saving or emailing invoices), or
• Turn on Online payments for your invoices if you want to use payment schedules.

Pretty hard to ignore as it pops up every time you go into an invoice screen and even sits in front of other application windows.

We have no intention of turning on Online payments.

Another "improvement" that no one asked for.

Doreen, I don't think you're understanding the user frustration at the pop-up. Once or twice is enough times to bring the feature to our attention, not every time you go into an invoice.

I'm getting the same thing and it is very annoying as it keeps getting in the way and it keeps popping up.

Thanks for the Link.  I do not wish to do On Line Payments, however this Popup pops up every time you go to enter an invoice.  It is almost impossible to get rid of, as it keeps popping up!!,  as another customer has mentioned this also overrights other applications/pages.    Can you get your software righters to decomission it as a priority ??  It's a bloody nuisence.!  Thank you

I dont think you are fully aware of the situation.  the Popup shown in the image I initially sent is impossible to get rid of.  It just re appears time and time again. This seriously needs to be brought to the attention of your Developers without delay.  You just cannot ignore it or get rid of it.

Sorry that we missed the mark with the first response, this is related to a very new feature and is not the expected behaviour for this pop up.

This tooltip should only appear if you hover on the icon rather than showing all the time, the team are working on a fix for this asap.

I say turn all pop ups off and just have them pop up if you physically click on the ?

Do not activate pop ups just because you open a page or hover over the area.  They are annoying.

I have prevoulsy looked through the Menu's and, currently cannot see a choice to Turn On Online Payments - please supply Instructions..

Hi DaniGW​ , thanks for checking in on this one for an update. I have just spoken with the team and they are working hard to get this fix in. We do have the next version release for AccountRight happening tomorrow and the best case scenario will be that they can include the fix in that release.
If they cant make this deadline, then it will be done in 5-10 days. Thanks again, Mike
