Aged Receivables and Payables reports not opening

Hi,

 

We have been unable to open either of the Aged reports for a month or so now.  There has been an update during this time and the problem didn't fix.

 

Please let me know if there is a process we need to go through to get them running again.

 

The message states it is a timed out issue  - see attachment.

    I thought I saw a post saying to check the payment terms but I cant find it now.

     

    I have checke the payment terms and I still don't have access to the report
