I have the report that have the sales allocated to a salesperson BUT.... there were some sales that had no salesperson allocation. So the report does not add to the years sales figure. Is there a report that shows me which sales were not allocated to a salesperson?
Hi Carpetland , you can add Salesperson to the Sales Register Detail report for a quick review. On the report preview, select Insert/Modify, then Show/Hide, and add the Salesperson field.
Thanks these are sales I have invoiced but not put a salesperson on.
So when I run the report for the year, the total for the salespeople doesn't add up to the total sales for the year.
Would you know how I run a report that is sales for eg: John, Jane, James and ..... the ones I have no sales name on?
Hi Carpetland , my suggestion was to use a different report (the Sales Register Detail report), which has one line per invoice, add the Salesperson field, as a quick way to identify the ones you need to edit. Then run the Analyse Sales report, which should then be complete.
