I can not print a current Analyse Sales (Customer) report, when I type in the Oct month for 2022 it tells me "The dates must fall within the currently selected financial year. I cannot click onto the Next Year FY 2023 as it does not show, can someone please tell me does this mean the file has not rolled over ?? - I thought you could print reports for three years before the need to roll the file over to the new year.

Welcome to the Community Forum. You are able to print reports from 3 different finanical years, but how it works is the 3 years that you can print is; your current year, your immediate previous year and your immediate future year.
So for example, if my product has Curent Financial Year June 2023, then I can print reports from 2021-2022 as the previous year, 2022-2023 as the current year, then 2023-2024 as the next year.
If your report drop down is showing as Next Year (FY 2022), then that would mean you are still in the 2021 year which is 2 years behind.
If you are ready to close either or both of those years, here is the instructions on how to do that: Close the financial year.
