Thanks for your post and welcome here to the Community Forum. We are thankful for your effort in reaching out to us and we apologize for the issue you are having in attaching your documents to Receive money. We appreciate your patience and effort during this time.
The AccountRight desktop application currently allows for documents to be added to Bills, Spend money, and employee cards. Additional transaction types such as Receive money transactions cannot have documents attached via that application.
In saying that, through the Banking transactions window in the AccountRight browser interface documents can be attached. This includes receiving money transactions. However, on the AccountRight desktop, we do not have a timeframe for when it will be added. We highly recommend you post your suggestion on our Product Ideas Exchange board for consideration, and we will make sure to pass on your request and feedback to the team.
