Can not find item in sale invoice

Hi there,

 

We had 3 items for FAAC as below

but we can not find it in the sale invoice

 

 

Please help, thank you

    Hi ptb 

     

    Check Item Profile tab to ensure 'I Sell' has been ticked on the item.

    Hi Gavin,

     

    All the items have the same profile and the tab 'I Sell' is ticked on, but we still can not find that item.
