Hi michelle56,
Welcome to the Community Forum.
I apologize for the delay in our response. The total amount of an invoice is determined entirely by the line items it contains. This total cannot be altered unless you modify the line items in the invoice by adding, changing, or removing them. Similarly, the tax amount for the invoice is dependent on the tax codes assigned to each line item. If you need to adjust the tax ratio between the due amount and the tax value, you will need to modify the tax codes of the line items. For more information on how to do this, you can refer to our 'Tax Codes' article.
If this doesn't address your concern, please feel free to provide more details. We're here to assist you further.

Thanks,

Hi, If you want to change the GST amount paid by you on say a Fedex invoice, you click on the arrow at the bottom of the page showing the GST. When you go into this you can change the GST amount to match and your total stays the same. Hope this helps
