cannot print or email invoices

if I select 1 invoice and try to print it tells me that my bulk print request has timed out and to try again with less invoices (not sure how to do less than 1) I have just changed from account right to business is there a setting I need to change 

I am having the same issue with emailing

    Hi annette10,

     

    No settings to tweak here. It’s just that MYOB Business doesn’t do bulk printing of invoices. The trick is to open the specific invoice you need, then print or email it directly from there. If your emails or prints still aren’t coming through, make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
