Card file history does not match actual transacttions

On a supplier card it shows total credits of $55,550.00. When i open the card and go to the history tab, it shows payments total $50,404.75. If i deduct GST the total is $50,500. A difference is $95.25. I know the $55,550.00 is correct. The history breaks it down per month, so I have narrowed it down to the month but i cant see what is causing the difference. I have run all reports and they all shows $55,550 for this supplier, except analyse purchases report but it onlys shows the total and not details.
