Comments
Can you make comments attributable to different users? Or is there a way to add an authorisation on purchases?

Hi
Welcome to the Community Forum. Comments are a system-wide setting, so you can create as many comments as you like to suit your business needs, but the list will show all comments added by all users.To create a comment go to; Lists > Sales and Purchases Information > Comments.
If you didn't want certain users to have the ability to create a purchase, you could Change a user's company file access, and give them read-only access to the purchases.
