Custom Invoice for Aged Care SAH

We operate in the Aged Care space and with the changes introduced with Support at Home (SAH) they require very specific information on the invoice (see attachment). The 'fields' I am unable to extract from MYOB are Net Amount (QTY x UNIT PRICE). 

 

Just wondering what other MYOB users in the Aged Care/SAH space are doing as far as invoicing. 

 

I should also mention that our company is transitioning from Reckon One to MYOB and part of the reason for that is we wanted to streamline our operations and get away from doing things manually (like invoices). 

 

Would greatly appreciate any feedback and suggestions.
