Customer Sales Summary report timing out

Why does the summary customer report time out.  Am only running for a one month period.  Detail one works fine.

    Could you please confirm the version of AccountRight you are using? (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Build:__?)

    If your file is online, does this timeout error also occur when you run the report in the browser version of AccountRight?

    It also doesnt work in the browser view 9even though I dont normally do that)
