Customised forms not visible

Hi MYOB experts. I am now using the desktop version of Accountright (previously used cloud version but we have down-sized so dropped the monthly subscription). In MYOB "set-up" I created a new customised invoice with our new logo and saved it - but the new form is not visible in the drop-down list of templates when I go to print the invoice. When I go to the customer's card file, the new form is also not visible as an option in the drop-down. All that is displayed is the default list of six templates, and in fact none of our company's previous customised forms are visible. If I go back to "set-up" then "customised forms" and look at the list of forms, the new invoice is there, so I am unsure why I can't access it when I print. I have also tried to access the new form using "print/email invoice" under "sales" but again, it is not displaying the form. Any help to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated. My PC runs Windows11. I always update MYOB when prompted and have restarted my PC.

Are you sure about that.....all my AR Premier customised invoices created in the desktop software also appear in the browser online version.  True about the reverse, browser created/customised versions created invoices don't appear in AR Premier Desktop.

    Hi Albare

I'm sorry for the confusion. Although the desktop templates can be found in the browser version, they can't be used from the browser version of AccountRight due to product limitations. If you think it would be a great feature, feel free to suggest it on the Ideas Exchange board, so other users can vote for it.

Sorry, but when using the browser version, I can email an older AR Premier customised invoice, and it looks exactly the same once received.

If I try and print the same invoice from the browser version it is cut as it only prints invoices in portrait format, which for the life of me I do not understand has this limitation.

This is happening to us as well, the customised form is showing everywhere BUT in the Print/Email "Selected Form for Purchase" pull down in Advance filters and the same for the "Save to disk options" when sending from within the Service Invoice.  In a nutshell the places where we want to use our customised form it doesn't appear.  Anyone found a workaround?

    Hi AHJS,

If you've already tried the steps provided by our moderators and it's still not showing, the best thing to do now is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.

    Regards,
