CUSTOMISED FORMS

Hello

 

I have been using MYOB for quite a while now and find that the customised forms section has never really evolved to be more user friendly and easier to use - or have missed something?

 

I am trying to update a Statement I created some time ago and it takes ages to do so.  Everything is slow and tedious and jumpy and jerky. I am not updating the whole form, just the monthly ageing section down at the bottom.  Just trying to insert a line between sections is ridiculously difficult.

 

Is there an easy way to create/amend customised forms?  I have spent so much time trying to do what I thought would be a simple amendment, but I am going to have to leave it and come back to it when I have more time.  It's really frustrating.

 

Can customised forms be done easier elsewhere and imported and if so how is it done?

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query.


    Forms used within AccountRight do need to be customised through the Setup>>Customise Forms option. There is no other way to customise those forms for use within the AccountRight Desktop app. In the AccountRight Browser interface, you can use the Templates functionality to update your template for use within that interface.

     

    In terms of customising the forms using the Setup>>Customise Form option the interface has remained relatively unchanged since the initial release of AccountRight 20xx. To my knowledge, we don't have any immediate plans to make any changes to that process and customising forms. However, Help Article: Personalising forms may be able to offer some assistance on that process.
