Thank you so much for your post and I'm sorry to hear that your debtor statements are missing invoices dated 31.07.23. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. To address this issue, I'd recommend to double-check Date Range: First, ensure that the date range you've set for generating debtor statements includes the date 31.07.23. Sometimes, statements might exclude transactions if the date range is not specified correctly. If there are too many invoices to look through, you can then search by customer or invoice number to narrow down the search.If you are still not able to find the invoice, then I would check the report "Journal security audit", which will be able to give you a trail and you can check if it was deleted or edited.
