Deleting a stock order

Hi,

I have an old purchase order from February that was short suppllied and I want to delete it. Every time I try to delete it I get the message: "Connection Error: We're sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart"

I have restarted several times and have also closed down my entire computer and restarted it and I still get this message.

Also I have had MYOB needing to close quite a few times when I switch files - all since the new update.

Very frustrating.

Thanks for your post. To further assist you with this, kindly look for the "View error details" from the error message you received. Once you click the View error details, kindly attach the error log to your post.

  I don't get 'View error details'.
  I get 'Learn what can cause connection errors' - when I click on that I get directed to this page:

  I have restarted my computer - many times since then but still I cannot delete this PO.
  MYOB has also been running really slowly, timing out and had many times when switching between files and MYOB just closes.

    Thanks for your reply. After you click the Learn what can cause the connection error and it lead you to a link where there are resolutions given that you can follow to fix the error. Kindly follow the steps provided from The Help Article Error: Connection Error. Please let me know how it goes.
