Hi, is there anyway when drilling down from the P&L into accounts the description field from the sale or purchase is displayed rather than the journal memo? I guess the way around this is to change the journal memo each time to be the same as the description in the entry. Is there any downside to this or any other way around it. Thanks.

Generally, when you click on the reports>> Accounts>> Profit and loss>> the description field is only line with the Item. May I know what exactly your looking for? Can you please provide me more information on the issue so I can investigate and look into this for you?
