Invoice description

Long item descriptions are not fully displayed/cutoff on the Solo invoice.

    Thanks for sharing this with me Tim_M I think I have identified the snag!


    Currently, the character limit is set to 70, so anything above that will not show on the invoice. You can however add additional info in the notes section, which might help you out in this case! I will pass this on to our design wizards to see if we can make this limit a little more obvious, so thanks for helping us make the app even better!

    Thanks for reaching out, we definitely want to get you on the right track with your invoices ASAP, we just need a few more details from you.

     

    Are you referring to the item description cutting off in the invoice on the app, the PDF, or in the notes section of the invoice?

     

    We love a good screenshot so if you could post one on here that would be amazing and we can continue digging and sort this out for you!
