Different email address for orders when emailing through Account Right

We have just changed over to email through Account Right so customers have the option to pay multiple invoices through MYOB at once via credit card.

Is there a way to have different email addresses listed if the customer replies to an email we have sent? For example, have the replies from invoices and statements come to me but replies to purchase orders sent to go to the warehouse.

    Hi allair,

     

    Totally get what you're after. It'd be super handy to have replies from invoices and statements come to you, but order replies head straight to the warehouse crew. Right now though, AccountRight doesn't have the option to set different "reply-to" addresses depending on the document type, so all replies will go back to the same sender address used when the email goes out.

     

    A little workaround (if it helps!), you could manually update "From" email templates depending on who's handling what. Not ideal, I know but might save a few email ping-pongs! You can check more information here: Set up AccountRight to send emails.
