Easier way to navigate multiple purchases?

Question

Is there capability to pay for bills individually through MYOB?

My current process is to create a purchase then open internet banking and pay someone. We get excess of 50> purchases some days so not always practical to open an close internet banking.

What solution I want is to be able to see the individual transactions on the bank statement rather than a bulk amount which I am assuming is what happens through bank files.

Also, if I settle such purchases through MYOB, then will transactions go through under NPP as they would if I manually sent them?

Big questions, would appreciate help - I am finding it is hard to navigate MYOB :(

Thank you for your post. When you create an electronic payment, it is simply creating a document with all the information that is in a readable format for the bank to use. For the specifics related to uploading the file and if it goes through the NPP system, that would be a question for your financial institution.&nbsp;

As for the bulk payments, when you create an electronic payment, you do not need to pay every bill at the same time, so theoretically you could mark the bills as electronic, then at the end of the day, download the bank files for the 50 bills as separate files, but then upload them all at the same time.

Doing it this way might also make it easier to make the payments from a data entry point of view, by not requiring to copy and paste the bank account numbers and amounts each time.&nbsp;
