Hello,
Is there a custom field I can put in my quotes and invoices so it pre-fills to say
"Hi {{company_contact_person}}..."
Or something along those lines? I am only able to do individual customers first names or full names but when I'm sending a quote to a company it says "Hi , ..." with a blank space that looks unprofessional. I would like to address these contact people by their first or full names.

In this matter, you may edit the note by going to app.myob.com >> Click on your business name >> Sales settings >> Notes to customer >> Click on 3 dots >> select Edit note. Also, you may edit notes on Email defaults.
