Confirm Company File

Hello again,

 

I am trying to confirm my company file and cant contact MYOB by phone.

I require a licence file if possible.

    If you're having problem confirming your company file, try downloading the latest version of AccountRight by following the instructions here. That should help with automatic confirmation.

     

    If you still need a license file, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. Our support team can sort that out for you.

    I have an old Version and have tried ways suggested to confirm Company File but to no avail. Tried to generate my own confirmation code etc.for last 2 days.

    I just realized that i put the wrong build number in my last post.

    Should have been.

     

     

    Build 2013.3.15.5477
