Unable to confirm company file online

myob error.JPG

desktopn Version 2023.7. tried to access this file the other day and keep getting this error. My internet is fine, even used another computer at another location to verify. How can I fix this.

    As per the error message you received, this error appears when there's a problem with your internet connection or the MYOB confirmation service is being blocked by your internet connection. Kindly make sure that MYOB is listed under trusted sites.       It ended up being an issue with myob verification. Myob ended up providing me with a code to enter which solved the issue. All good now.

    There was atime when you could just ring myob and get this soughted out. What now there is no support especially on the weekend when this happened.
