Emailing Statements using email no 2 address
Scenario:
MYOB Account Right v 2022.4
We email our monthly statements using the batch Print/email Statements function.
We have multiple Card files with the same email no 1 and email no 2 addresses.
ie. One customer with multiple sub-branches which each has their own Card file.
ie email no 1 = Invoices@abc.com, email no 2 = Statements@abc.com.
Problem:
When the "Like" Card files (as mentioned above) are listed together on the "MYOB Batch Statement email screen", the problem is when we try to change the 2nd onwards "like" Card File email address No 1 to email address No 2 (statements), the email address on the listed screen does not change.
We think this a MYOB Software Bug..
