Emails Bouncing
Hi,
We are all of a sudden having invoices bouncing back, happening for more then one customer.
"Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful." Diagnostic-Code: rejected
Customers have made no changes at their end...

Apologies for the delay in response.
If the issue is still happening, please ensure that the customers have whitelisted noreply@apps.myob.com and if it's already done, send us at least 2 impacted email addresses by Private message so we can check if they are blacklisted on our end.
