Emails statement

I send monthly statements to my debtors by email. It is not working at all. There is no statement going out when I checked my Outlook Sent Box. I have not changed any settings in the Outlook (I use Office 365) nor have I changed any setting in the MYOB.

    Hi Patersonlabels 


    Welcome to the Community Forum. Just to confirm is "Send Emails using Account" ticked under Setup > Preferences > Emailing?

     

    If it is not ticked, do you have Outlook set as the default email application under your system settings?

     

    If you could also reply with any screenshots of what is happening on your end that would be helpful.
