Pay Slips Not Emailing

I am getting the following message when trying to email and open in pdf the payslips

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 152e8248-97b9-4d61-b309-e572285a7a18.

  • Hey gonfrl,

     

    The “Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser” error you’re getting when emailing or opening pay slips in PDF usually comes from the business logo in your business settings. Check out this link and go to “To remove or upload an updated logo” section, take the logo out, then test emailing and viewing the pay slips again.
