Error 4077 - existing sales

 

HI 

I am having the problem 4077 with MYOB again. 

 

Can not update some files as it says there are existing sales for them 

 

 

Can you please update the script. I have tried reaching out to your live support this morning and they didn't even reply when supplied details. Left a message to what the problem was and told them I have to go, then they replied asking how they can help..... I contacted again tonight and they are not responding to the problem. Each time saying "they're looking into it" and it has been about 30 minutes. Now they've stopped replying. Live chat support from MYOB has hit the rock bottom.

 

Need this resolved asap please.
