I can no longer enter an email address in the payments section of a supplier card. Using 2024.1

Hi Team

 

Why am I now unable to enter an email address for remittances in the payments section of a supplier card, we are using AR 2024.1 and this has only happened since upgrading.

    I didn't think you entered an email address from that tab of the supplier card - just how the remittance was to be sent. Printed or emailed etc.

    The email address is in the profile tab of the supplier card and that is the email address it uses

    Hi Lisa

     

    The email address is in the profile of the card, when I go into the bank details and try to pick the email address to send a remittance it did nothing, BUT, I have now worked it out, I used to be able to click on the drop down arrow, but now it works if outside the drop down arrow. The to be printed, emailed etc now comes up.
