There are a few reasons why you might not be able to delete invoices, even if no payments have been applied. It could be that the transaction is in a locked period, from a previous financial year, or maybe a payment wasn't reversed correctly. Also, don't forget to check your user permissions and preferences to make sure you have the rights to delete transactions. And be sure to look at the transaction history to ensure there are no partial payments or linked transactions.
