Identifiers for Jobs rather than Customers

Good Morning 

 

I've a question regarding the 'Identifiers' option in MYOB 

We are currently looking at moving to divisonal reporting

We are a modular home company that also has a commmercial division 

We'd be wanting to use identifiers for things like:-

Customer Group for example (Commercial – Govt, Commercial – Private, Residential – investor, Residential – Aged Care etc etc).. 

But my question is - can we use identifiers per job, or only by customer - as we may have several jobs we're wanting identified into different groups, but all for the same customer

    Thank you for your post. We appreciate your time explaining your issue. 

     

    I understand how important it is that we use identifiers to filter information in the file. Unfortunately, the identifiers are used to filter cards and cannot be used for jobs. I understand there are use cases where this feature could be useful. Rest assured we will raise this with the development team. 

     

    In the meantime, feel free to post again in the forum if you require any other assistance.
