Thank you for your post and patience with the delayed response.
Based on my understanding, it appears that categories are not part of the data fields that can be imported or exported. You can find a comprehensive list of these field types in the Help article: Import and Export Fields. However, you have the option to create an import template, open it in Excel, and make the necessary edits or replacements to the data. For more detailed information on this, kindly refer to this Help article: Importing and Exporting Data: Using an Import Template.
