IN TRAY PROBLEMS
I have been having problems recently being unable to create a bill from the in tray. When I try to create a new bill, the invoice disappears from the in tray, but a bill is not created. I thought that I'd read somewhere that this issue was fixed in December.

Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if the bill appears later in the In Tray window after 30 minutes - 1 hour ?
Additionally, can you please clear your AccountRight Cache and try again.
