Invoice importing - Time Billing Account Right

Question

I have tried to import sales - invoices from excel into Time Billing Sales in Account Right.

I can get the all the information imported but the problem is that it loads all the information under the first client and invoice number and it does not differentiate between the invoice numbers.

I have saved the file as a txt file and added the brackets {} in cell A1, but it still does not work.

Is there a step that I am missing or something else is needed on the spreadsheet before importing?

It sounds like you might be missing a step in the formatting process. Have you checked that each invoice number is unique in your Excel file? Sometimes the system requires a specific format for each row to be correctly recognized as a separate invoice.

Hi Vesna2 , just make sure there is a blank row between every invoice.
