A bit odd that the payment history isn’t showing up in the invoice activity—there’s been no heads-up about any issues with this feature. There could be a few things going on here, so our team will need to take a closer look. For now, you can use the "Find Transactions" feature to check the invoice transaction history and confirm if the payment’s been reconciled. Be sure to also check your bank statement to verify the payment went through. Once you’ve done that, get in touch with us—either hop on live chat through MOCA or submit a support ticket in MyAccount. Don’t forget to include the steps you’ve already taken so we can get this sorted for you.
