Hi,
Nothing has changed so I haven't bothered trying again. I simply don't know how to fix. How do I get the version of Outlook that will work?

Do you access your Outlook through a web browser or do you click on an icon on your desktop and open the program this way?
If you login into your Microsooft Account you should find under "Services & subscriptions" tab the option to Install Office premium apps on your PC or Mac.

I am using a pc desktop version of outlook on my PC which is an automatically updated Outlook on an annual subscription. The last time i looked (see an earlier post) was version:
Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2207 Build 16.0.15427.20166) 32-bit on a 64 bit PC. Its probably a later version by now. And as per my earlier post it is showing up as an app but i dont know where to get a version that will work the way you say it should with myob.

I see you have the appropriate email account set as default, under Data Files is the associated data file for this email account also set as default?
