Issues with total quantity in item invoices

When providing a promotion for buy 10, get 1 free, the invoice is not totalling correctly. MYOB does not include the product quantity that has a zero amount or 100% discount. The picking orders are incorrect and so is the inventory. Doing manual tweaks to the customised invoice each time is not a solution. Has MYOB come up with a solution?
